How to Apply

Register on NUMS Admission Portal
Visit the official NUMS website and create your admission account using a valid email and CNIC/B-Form number.
Step 2
Fill the Application Form
Enter personal, academic, and contact details accurately. Choose MBBS/BDS and select CMH Multan as your preferred college.
Step 3
Upload Required Documents
Submit scanned copies of FSc (Pre-Medical) or A-Level transcripts, CNIC/B-Form, photographs, and NUMS MDCAT result (if available).
Step 4
Pay Application Processing Fee
Pay the prescribed NUMS application fee (approx. PKR 3,000) via bank challan or online banking and upload proof of payment.
Step 5
Appear in NUMS MDCAT
Sit for the NUMS MDCAT on the official date. The result will be a key component in your CMH Multan merit evaluation.
Step 6
Check Merit List & Admission Offers
Login to the NUMS portal to view your merit standing. Selected candidates for CMH Multan will receive an official admission offer.
